simple: from sundown Friday to sundown Saturday is the sabbath....that is historical fact ...truth.
start there just say the words saturday is the sabbath and it is more than a day of rest.
- Jesus healed on the sabbath
- the disciples plucked corn
- David and his men ate the temple bread...
- a man was stoned to death for gathering sticks on the sabbath

serve God everyday but don't exclude his sabbath or you are not serving him . Sabbath is only sanctified and holy because God said so and Sunday is only holy cause man said so which do you think is really holy?
